Great place to get an old-school workout in. Equipment is older while being placed in areas to maximize gains. Staff is friendly and courteous. There are plenty of free weights that's a major plus. The dumbell area goes up to 120. Thank you

Loved my zumba class but the locker room needs a serious cleaning. The shower floors were dirty and sticky. It had really gone downhill over the years and the spa, and sauna have been closed.
