This bank is idiocracy. They feel they are above what the customer wants and instead of helping their elderly customers who don't have computers. They make excuses to not go above and beyond to help humans who don't understand how to work the new systems. Discussed with this whole banking experience and the way they treat our elderly.

I went in to get blank checks for deposit. The girl that helped me, Emily was extremely kind, waved my fee and had a smile on her face. Makes me happy I bank with them!

Went in to cash a check and was greeted by Cheryl. Very nice and prompt. It was a quick transaction.

Went to use the drive up ATM to pull $800 out. I've used this atm before so I didn't think there was a problem. After accepting the $3 fee they took the $803, gave me my card and my receipt and when it went to dispense my money it opened halfway for a little then fully opened with no money in it then had a error code on it saying this machine isn't dispensing money at the moment. I looked at my bank account and the $803 had been taken and I didn't get the cash. I called wells fargo while still parked at the atm and told them what happend, they told me they can't do anything about it and that the atm is from a 3rd party. So she transferred me to some who said it is what it is then transferred me to another person who told me the same thing except to call my bank. They told me it's tough luck and I need to deal with it. So now they have my $800 plus the $3 fee and all I got was a receipt saying it went through. Now I'm fighting with my bank telling me I need to talk to wells fargo to get my money. Super unprofessional and rude. All I want is my money and everyone involved is giving me the run around.

I like banking at Wells Fargo in Gardnerville NV. The Bank Tellers are friendly and professional, they treat people with Respect and that's what makes a Good Bank.

The only product any bank really has to offer is customer service. Wells Fargo has gotten so big that they lost track of this. If you expect customer service, stay away, you will not find any here. The good news is you can make an appointment, maybe next week, or the week after.....

They don't answer their phone but expect a reservation. The banker wouldn't even try to look at the paper work that I had with me . Poor service poor ability by the banker.

I have always received good and friendly service at this branch, and while on occasion there are long lines at the drive through, that is to be expected - the same with any drive through.

I have always had good service here (though not quite as good as the branch in Fernley, which is stellar), though sometimes the wait at the drive-thru can be a little long.

Wanted to deposit a check but the doors would not open into the bank. No explanation as to why.
