I have never encountered a rude employee. They are always very helpful. The mailbox delivery is still shorthanded, but are doing the best they can.

Most employees are quite helpful and cheerful. They offer the best the USPS has to offer in terms of speed, insurance and proof of delivery.

Every singe Amazon package is always delayed 2-3 days from the original delivery date. At times I'll have a package pending a delivery scan that never gets delivered and they don't update the status until the next morning. Have had packages returned to sender without them even attempting to find out or contact the recipient. Worst post office service ever!!

4/8/2023First time stopping in at the post office..I would love to do a road trip visiting the small towns and taking pics of the buildings .You could see the employees loading up the mail.

Changed my review from 1 star after speaking with post master today Bill. He's new to the office but he is working hard to get this shortage of drivers fixed. Im hopeful that after he can get drivers trained my review will go to 5stars . I'm still waiting to see & hopeful that they'll get it all fixed soon.

Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. Amazon delivered some packages and the post office did not put it in the box. They never even sent a notification that they had the packages. We called at the post office and they said they didn't have the packages. Then we drove down to the post office and they said they didn't have the packages. Three days later we get a note in a box. Unlike other delivery services you have to work around their schedule. They kept telling us we have to go to a box every day. We tried that and still have problems. I know what I'm talking about, I have been at this address for 26 years. One time we had an excellent mail carrier. Unfortunately she is no longer on our route.

They suck. Another piece of very important piece of mail missing. This is becoming a weekly occurrence. It seems there is nothing we can do! Some things have to be mailed!

My brother ordered a metal sign from Amazon as a home decoration and it was eventually delivered to him late after the carrier made an attempt to deliver it to the wrong address. The delivery instructions were to place it on the front porch. When it was finally delivered the metal sign was destroyed and severely bent, like the carrier tried to fold it because it wouldn't fit in the mailbox. It's pretty obvious this was done intentionally. My brother tried to contact the Postmaster and was passed off to someone else the second day in a row who seemed uninterested in this and tried to blame it on Amazon.

Came in to pick up a package but also had an issue to settle that is too long to explain. The postal clerk wasn't too kind to the customers before I approached the counter. They said they were understaffed and overworked and work seven days a week. Were always rude to a customer who needed help and did it with a bad attitude. I understand they are exhausted and I've been there with my job too but they need to manage to not take it out on the customers.I even had the postal carrier come to my door harassing me because of the issues with our deliveries being sent to the wrong address. There are other ways to speak to people proper and settle things proper. This postal service hadn't always been this bad. It's getting worse. USPS needs to give their people breaks and do a job fair to hire more. I don't like to order anything anymore because it's became an issue.

They shipped my item and broke it, even after bubble wrapping, foam blocking, AND writing fragile all over the box I now have a very expensive collectible art piece that is completely broken and ruined. No matter how careful you pack your items USPS will find a way to ruin it.

I made an in person appointment in order to submit my application for a passport a week before my appointment. I had left work early in order to get to my appointment 10 minutes ahead of time as it was required. Once I arrived to my appointment I was stated that have not had anyone that can assist with passports. I was never informed of this on the website nor through a phone call. The person I spoke with said he called be the NIGHT before my appointment but I do not have any record of him making a call or leaving a voice message. I understand there is no one that can help me but why "wait" until the night before my appointment? Horrible service. He said there was nothing he could do and I need to go else where. Now I need to make another appointment and take time off from work. If anyone is interested in setting a passport appointment here, do not do it.

Paid extra for signature confirmation for a holiday Priority Mail delivery and was told it was just left on the porch, marked "COVID". I tried to find out about getting a refund for services not rendered and was told that the Postmaster, who has never been around when I come in, would have to approve it. I requested the clerks to report the situation and was never contacted after that. Totally incompetent operation.
