The Gardnerville Ranchos facility was the fourth addition to the Stor-All family in 1985. It is located on Short Court. The current office and managers residence were added when Stor-All Gardnerville Ranchos needed to expand the facility to accommodate the rapid population growth in the Ranchos. When Stor-All began its expansion of the Ranchos facility they also included temperature control and the first dust resistant units in Carson Valley. It is still the only self-storage facility in the valleys largest neighborhood, and with over 850 units it remains the largest facility in the Stor-All family.
