Very professional and friendly staff. They take care to improve your body while watching to see that there’s no aggravation to old injuries. Highly recommend.

I joined Ragnarok about a year ago (formerly Nourished Performance). Workouts are programmed so I don't have to think about what I need to do each day, which means I get a well rounded fitness program. Coaching is top-notch and I have seen an improvement in my strength and mobility. I look forward to going every day.

Ragnarok Strength and Fitness is a private gym serving Gardnerville, Minden, and all of the Carson Valley. We are located in Douglas County, Nevada.
