I just took my labradoodle for a bath. we have been several times before without issue and the people who work there are very nice and helpful. However this time, the water suddenly turned dangerously hot and scorched my dog about 5-10 minutes into his bath. He screamed and cried in pain. I turned off the water and got him out as fast as I could.....while he was cowering from fear of the hot water. It was absolutely horrific. The lady in the next stall washing her dog also announced her water also turned extremely hot suddenly and stated, "what the hell." Apparently there are currently no safety measures to prevent the water from turning dangerously hot. We won't be washing our dogs there again.

All the workers are amazing. They alwasy ask if I need help finding something 30 seconds after entering the store. Nearly half of all the employees know what im coming into the store to get every week.
