Everyone there is lovely and clearly naturally gifted in customer service. Then there's Donna. Yikes. Talk about discouraging people from using them as their primary financial institution. I could stand to gain the world and I still would never bank anywhere that used her as a manager. I can not overstate that as far as my experience goes, everyone else was lovely and personable.

Had an overdraft issue with a reoccurring charge went down to the bank to put some money in the account. It was totally my fault for not realizing I had setup wish purchases as a recurring payment. Went home didn't think a second thought about it...got a call from them about 30 minutes later they had looked into it further and were able to credit me back about 40 dollars in overdraft fees...just want to say thanks to Julie McCain for the amazing customer service you've made a customer for life...

No better bank in this part of the world! I've banked with others in this area and their customer service can't hold a candle to that of Heritage Bank, Gardnerville. Consistently on top of things, and attention to detail is beyond compare. Many Many Thanks to all the fine people working there!

New my name by the second time I went in to cash my paycheck. Always had wonderful service. Have been banking here for several years.

Would never be a bank of choice again. Took 3 months just to get a new debit card because mine never worked. Always got a excuse that there system was down week after week. They also let transactions post early so they can receive NSF fees. Just a shady bank overall.
