Go to Arco! Golden Gate...Worst gas station ever. Incredibly bad customer service. Would not take a 100 dollar bill, even though gas is so expensive now. They "did not have change." The woman Damien made me stand at the counter while she fiddled with the sunglasses and then leisurely locked the case and was extremely happy to not be able to help me. She smiled and beamed and said "God Bless You.", the more upset I got. She suggested I do some gambling at their machines. I could tell she was thrilled to be able to turn someone down who needed help, which is not really the spirit of Christianity or any religion, now is it? And does this behavior belong in a business? The young man was very nice and really tried to help, but suggested I wait around until someone else came in with cash. They did have enough cash to give me change but would not. There was change for the 100 in the drawer, and I offered to purchase more merchandise to make it easier, they preferred to refuse to help me. The manager would be away for a week, they said. No way to reach her. The number they gave me went right back to Damien answering. More God Bless YOUs from Damien. Not helpful. If it were my business I would get rid of her asap! Thank goodness for Arco.

Very nasty lady working there on Monday, July 24th around 12:30pm. I used the restroom and when I came out she asked me if I made a mess and pee on the seat. Then when I took my items to cash out, my total came to $8.05 and I had a $20. She asked if I had a $5, which I told her no and she started to complain about me not having a smaller bill. I took my $20 back and gave her the items and told her to forget the transaction. I will go down the street before I ever go to this station again, and this was my first visit to this location.

I always get my gas here! Good prices, quality fuel and the best road snacks ever! Also, you can’t beat the view while pumping your gas.

Cris was very friendly. My kids and I love to stop here for gas, drinks, and collectible trading cards. The soap dispenser has seen better days in the men's room, and paper towels were jammed.

Wasn't surprised with the review rating when I came to leave one for this place. Called day before and was told to be here at certain time.. We did exactly that. Three people working and was told can't fill propane ..Inept, shift manager, couldn't even give correct number for corporate office. Five times in two months been here attempting to full propane tanks on rv.She can't do it because her arm hurts. What???

I come from Reno for the non-ethanol. Hope they continue to offer it, as some places in NV don't anymore, specifically Clark County--that's democrats for you.

Only when 1 manager is there do I stop by... She all up in a brace from a car wreak and still working harder than all if not most people... Give this awesome lady a raise and less hours... Takes a team not a person...

They advertised great prices but only had diesel available at forward pumps. That meant a fairly long wait for me while other vehicles cleared those pumps and no one else could access the rear pump because I was blocking it. Not the most efficient layout.To make matters worse, the day I was there the card reader was not working so I had to go inside and wait in line to present my card. Back out to the pump, pumped the fuel and then back inside to get a credit for the amount I had not used. I told the clerk I needed propane as well and he said he'd get somebody to help. I had to drive around the station to get in the correct position for the propane tank. After waiting a few minutes, I headed back toward the store where the clerk was speaking with someone else. Apparently she was the manager and said they were too busy to pump propane for me. Frustrating to say the least.

Receipt for pump 7 diesel hasn’t worked for 8 mo. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they say “oh yeah I know we don’t even know where the key is for that”. Went to fill air, the air machine sprays air out the side. Lost 10lns trying to fill. Went to get my money back, “that’s a whole different company, we can’t refund”.. “wow, this place!” I say, headed out the door… “yeah” desk says. “Don’t ever come back.”

Everytime I buy gas at this place the pump is always different from their signs and I also paid with cash and still paid more than what the sign said. Won't be back

Bad gas! Find another gas station! I have a 28 gallon gas caddy, it only gave me 20 gallons out of the 28 gallons. I used that gas for my chainsaws and it broke the carburetor on all of them. Cheap gas and bad for your equipment, even using the 91. And they rip you off with the gallons.

Oh no...... .06 less for using debt as opposed to credit but there is a .45 fee. Ok no problem. We can do that. You must run inside to use debt and tell them how much. Pump. Run back inside to square up. No. Arco is not that far down the toad and is relatively the same price.

The touch less car wash here is terrible. I've went through it probably 10 times already and promise myself each time to never go through it again. They need to replace that piece of junk.
