2022 - Both ladies answering the phone are really nice at first.Looked at 2 different properties. Both looked nothing like the photo posted on the listing. Both listing had 1 old photo of the exterior only. When my fiance and I arrived we were upset ? about the difference. The first place, we were told we would have to be approved before allowed to look inside. It was listed as available for move in, and there was just no way. Garbage was overflowing out of the garbage cans, and stacked up again the broke down fence in the front yard. The cap for the sewage pipe outside the bathroom wasn't even the correct piece and it was not capped. The smell was foul. The exterior siding was rotted and decayed at the bottom and pulling away from the house. We called and told Beverly and were told it would be noted, but nothing done about it. The yard were not taken care of at all, and there were any bait packages all over the front yard, at least 10. There were 2 different extension cords running through the back yard for a neighboring property. The back yard was in worse condition than the front. There was no A/C or swamp cooler. The second place looked far worse. The little fence for the front yard was broken in multiple places, and the broken pieces laying all over the yard, some spots of the fence tied together with old cord, and wire. The yard was awful, there were large pieces of glass all over the front yard. The garage had ivy of some sort growing all one side and it was growing through the walls and inside the garage. The glass French door to the garage was opened, so we looked inside. It smelled like an animal had been locked in and was using the place as the bathroom. The house looked like it sat abandoned for 5yrs. It was so filthy and things were falling apart. The floors were warped, soft and rotting in some places, and the smell nearly made us throw up. We seriously thought we would find an OD'd dead body inside. There was fresh cut firewood in the fireplace in the living room. We made it as far as the living room and exited in a hurry. One neighbor had a water leak from a swap cooler that ran down the slope up against this house and was rotting that part of the wall. The rank smell of feces and rot was coming out of the house into the backyard. ? The backyard was dug up, possibly from a dog, and was in bad shape. The exterior siding of the house was cracked, split, rotting and pulling away from the house. In one area there was an piece that was broke and just missing and the smell coming from it was most foul.I called and left a message, this was over a week ago, and not one of the ladies has returned my call.We dodged a serious bullet. Worth checking out locations before deciding to submit your application. The bad reviews are very accurate.

0 stars if possible. Applied for a property and I asked for an update and was told they’re still working on it, 2 days later they rent it to someone else but I didn’t find out until I called them a week later. They told me the property was rented on a Friday when I had asked and they told me still working on it, on the Wednesday 2 days before. No one called me or emailed me to tell me anything. Seriously?

Was just hung up on by the office staff in reference to getting broken pipes fixed for the landscaping as I’m getting HOA complaints. This is 100 percent unacceptable. As a professional who is also in the real estate business I think that type of communication is 100% un professional and will never refer or recommend anyone to this company.

Time for this company to sell. The worst service ever. Went in to ask a simple question and got treated like crap. Not a company I would ever tell you to use. Please no matter what the reason find someone else to go through. The owner is a really terrible person. You can do better. Dealt with the owner omg she is evil. Put this lady out of the renting business.

I applied for a property thought them, I called a couple of times to check on my application. Both times I was told I would be contacted when a decision was made. I checked the website the other day and noticed the property I applied for was taken down. Received no phone call or email.

We were able to secure this property from out of state and Beverly Real Estate worked with us to make the move happen.

Beverly the owner is a horrible person who rents property in questionable conditions. The staff in the office have condescending attitudes! When you call in to ask for repairs they act like your bothering them and question you, like you don’t know what you’re talking about! Beverly evicted a young mother and her 3 children just for spite because a grandmother was helping her daughter and grandchildren secure a loving home. Beverly is a spiteful woman who has not one bit of humanity for others. Dont rent or buy anything from this agency!

I have been renting from Beverly Realty for a few months now. All my interactions and business with the employees have been nothing but great! All repairs requested have been done on a very timely manner!

So far it's been very pleasant. I don't have an answer yet about the apt I'm inquiring about but they've been very nice thusfar. Wish me luck! I love the place.

Beverly realty is a joke! I've never encountered such a horrible experience by someone who claims to be a professional. My only recommendation is to avoid renting from this horrible realty company. They have never given anyone their deposit back. They are super rude and very unprofessional.

Rude, deceitful, and uncaring. I would not do any business with Beverly Realty. Plumber was called to clear drain that affected 2 floors. Wife had spoken with plumber and plumber said it was not our fault. Just years of neglect and most likely caused from neighbors upstairs. Beverly realty tried to charge us for the service. Saying the plumber said it was our fault. We had to get the plumber to set them straight and not charge us. They also charged us for damage to the floor that was there prior to us moving in and neglected the fact that we had noted it in the move in inspection. When I moved to a different neighborhood I spoke with the new neighbors and they also had bad incidents with Beverly Realty.

Recently moved to Carson City for retirement. Met with Sandy the manager of the apartment complex managed by Beverly Reality. I told Sandy that my ultimate goal was to purchase a house in the area and that I would need a flexible rental contract in case I was to buy and move. She told me that I would be able to get out of my contact with no problem if I was to leave within the year. After 10 months I found and moved into a new home. Upon giving my 30 day notice and vacating my apartment 2 months early and having it professionally cleaned I was informed by Beverly Reality that since I broke my lease I was not entitled to my deposit back. This went against the maintenance man telling me that I would get my deposit back minus 10% for carpet cleaning and Sandys assurance I would get my deposit back.Terri was always pleasant when I delivered my rent checks early and have no issues with the service I received. However, it is apparent that not everyone is on the same page when it comes to managing this property and has a result I was either lied to by Sandy and Rob or taken advantage of by Beverly Reality. In the future I will make sure I utilize a reputable realtor for my property investments.
