“This is probably the best automotive repair shop I've seen in decades. We were here from out of town. When I explained to the manager we would be stranded here if the electrical was not repaired, he pulled two technicians off a different priority job in order to take care us. I wish I could take a shop like this back home with me.”

“Called the store because I needed a new set of tire chains for my Cherokee. Jerry did me a solid and verified they had a set that fit my tires and held it for me until I could head over. Thanks to him I was able to make it over the mountains to visit family.”

“Mitch took great care of us after we got t-boned by a deer. Most of the other body shops were scheduled out several months and Mitch got our Subaru right in and back to us before we were leaving on vacation. Thank you Black's Auto Restoration and Repair!Service: Body & Trim”

“Every SINGLE DANG TIME I COME IN HERE, Bob and Jeremy are the locals best and always have the most knowledge. They've had answers on how to fix my old Chevy plow truck , fix my 7.3 wire harness , Dodge Ram tranny..... wait can I say Tranny? These are no BS guys and will help you more than any other establishment This is the locals place any low votes on yelp are probably out of towners. Out of towners, or "citiots" come over with attitude and that's so not the mountain town vibe. ... wait can I say vibe?”

“A gentleman at the front assisted me with an exchange request of headlamp bulbs. The gentleman knew his stuff well, suggested we look at the particular model I was swapping bulbs in, and concluded I had the correct bulbs but had looked in the wrong socket behind the headlamp assembly. However small an issue, he applied his knowledge and made the extra effort to ensure I was getting the right product(in this case, keeping the right product). I've built many an engine, swapped timing chains and rebuilt carburetors - and yet I'm humbled by headlamps. Fortunately, this Autozone location has staff willing to look into your vehicle's issue, and not just hand you parts and take your money. This goes a long way with your customers, and im glad to see its my local store. Also, man card revoked, I should have known the bottom so cket wasn't the low beams. Had he not applied great customer service, I'd have had to return, yet again, albeit much more frustrated and confused. Thanks for the help”

“The Customer Service was okay, Pat (male manager) in the Auto Department was trying to get a cashier( over the radio) that could refund a Battery for a SUV under warranty, as it came down the customer had to purchase the battery then return the battery with core charges, there just has to be a better way for management to learn the Departments for refunds and not have to over load Customer Service.Over all not enough help in Departments for Customers to feel like they can have a reliable company to help with their purchases, warranty or just to get a question answered.”
