No coffee. 12 am monday Jan 23 and all of the coffee carafes are empty. Waited 10 min and went back in, still no coffee.

My gas station loyalty is about 2/3 price and 1/3 location convenience. This 7-11 is located in South Gardnerville of which I'm rarely in the area. When I'm around, the Douglas County Recycle Center is very close, of which I'm a regular visitor dropping off mostly cardboard, paper, cans, bottles, etc. I do that because Douglas Disposal does not offer curbside recycling at home and I can't stand the idea of throwing all this stuff away. And since all this burns gas (it takes me about a half hour to get around here from Genoa), I'm happy I have this 7-11 close by. Me and my Upside App have also been here to take advantage of discounted gas. And yes I checked that the discounted price was a good deal in comparison with other gas stations in the area. The Upside App does work, although the ads touting that I could save as much as $200 on fill ups will probably take a long while for me.

As a critical care nurse I am tired of complaining about the need to wear masks. This 7-11 employee was not wearing a mask and when asked to put it on he laughed at me. So I called the corporate office OSHA and I yelp. Don't be stupid wear a mask. Remember I wear a mask to protect you so wear one to protect me please

We bought some items from the store then notice a guy hitting our car which was parked outside the store. We call the insurance but the 7/11 owner/manager warned us 3 times within 2 minutes that he's going to call the police because we're parked in his private property.1- The owner/manager had no sympathy and was shouting at us the whole time. He wouldn't give us time to talk the insurance. On top of that, we were the victims in all of this.2- We were customers and weren't even parked for 10 minutes in front of his store.If you shop/get gas - be ready for utter garbage customer service
