Had the pleasure of interacting with Steve during my visit to Davids Walley Hot Springs, and I must say he left a lasting positive impression. Steve's exceptional customer service skills and friendly demeanor made my experience truly enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and his knowledge of the facility added to the overall satisfaction of my visit. Davids Walley Hot Springs is fortunate to have such a dedicated and personable employee like Steve.

I had an amazing stay with my family at David Walley's Resort for two nights! Our room was nice and clean, and the Resort is in a quiet and peaceful area. The Hot Springs were also great, especially with Steve around, who had a good spirit and would check up on us once in a while to make sure the water temperature was perfect. Overall, I had a great experience at David Walley's Resort, and I'm looking forward to coming back some time again!

I had an excellent experience during my two night stay. The rooms were clean, the service was great, but the hot spring was the best out of the whole experience. The pools were clean, a little outdated but overall it was a nice environment. Steve was very friendly and brought a good spirit to me and my family. I recommend visiting this place and choosing to stay here, honestly a relaxing experience.

Amazing, tranquil stay at David’s Valley Resort, scenery is amazing! Rooms were very clean.Hot spring area hit the spot, Steve was such a delight to be around, checked multiple times to make sure we were all comfortable with water temperature, and overall amazing service from my man Steve!Looking forward to come back soon.

Shout out to Steve! This guy thrives off serving people and ensuring your comfort! He seemed to be everywhere at once, constantly checking on all the guests. Like the energizer bunny that runs on kindness and care-taking.

We loved our stay here in mid December. Owners and those who stay through the exchange can bring up to 2 dogs of any size. The property is beautiful, with a walking trail at the back that runs along the marsh & leads up to the hot spring. The restaurant on site was really good!! We found plenty to do during our 5 day stay here with our 2 dogs.Rooms: Our room was a very clean and nicely decorated 1 bedroom with a double sided fireplace.

We are here on our first night of 5 and not looking forward to this experience. Our toilet flooded into the room. Took quite a long time for the only maintenance guy they have on site to get here to clean up the sewage and couldn’t get us moved to another room. Furthermore we have people above us that are so loud that finally after 2 hours of the stomping and banging (are they rearranging furniture on acid or something?) I finally called the front desk. Security answered and it has been mostly better except for the super loud jarring noises. Hell. My husband just wanted to surprise us with a nice little family trip and it’s been a nightmare. Also not stoked on the cigarette and pot smoking neighbors since i have a small child. Or the German shepherd going to the bathroom outside on our grass patch view of the forest. Not a great experience, unfortunately.Dear “resort” …. You are dated and need some upgrades stat. Thank you.

I was only a guest of a guest, but I have to say that the service I enjoyed will definitely have me coming back to stay. Steve really stepped up and made us feel welcome. People like him make all the difference in the world.

Had a real good time there. The food in the restaurant is awesome. The Hot Springs has enough pools and it was not crowded at all. Everybody was really friendly, especially Steve that is part of the staff there had a great time. Thanks to Steve.
