On 4/5/2024 @5:30pm I purchased said items I presented what I thought was -$7 off my purchase. I questioned 7004 as she said oh it's the sub total did not meet coupon criteria. The MOD ran my purchase, I'd spoken to several xs. I got to the house looked at my receipt did not see the $7. Arrived back at store MOD I approached her, I don't see -$7 on my receipt. I said I'd like to return these items. She had the gull to say to me "Idk what you're going through, I've been nothing but nice to you, I replied and I've been the same, I shop 3X a week there. The receipt & bag had blood on it not the merchandise, due to a previous wound I sustained on my L pointer finger, it was healing. I believe that cold and walking back to the store my fingers were numb. She refused to me to return items or to put gloves on as I suggested. She then asks her co-associate to assist me and that was when I realized between the 2 of them were not going to assist me. I picked my bag up and said to them, I won't be shopping there anymore. 1. That manager had no right to call me out in the manner she did. 2. Refused to return the merchandise 3. Ask another employee to assist as she was not willing to. I will return the items and get credit for them, otherwise I would not advise anyone to shop there. The store may closing in the near future and prices are overpriced.

AVOID THIS ENTIRE WALGREENS INCLUDING THE PHARMACY.I arrived at the drive-thru windows precisely at 7:56, only to find the blinds closed with a sign stating the pharmacist was off duty. When I asked to speak with the manager, who identified himself as such, he explained that they closed at 8 pm, and he couldn't assist me as the cash drawers were already pulled. It's quite frustrating to experience such a situation, especially when the manager's response was “We haven’t had any pharmacy customers within the last 15 minutes!” which seems disconnected from the issue at hand. The manager's statement about not having any customers in the past 15 minutes is irrelevant to the fact that I arrived before the official closing time and was denied service. Additionally, his action of opening the door to the pharmacy and yelling to the other employees “Did I close early?”, and receiving complete silence adds to the lack of accountability. To add to my frustration, when he opened the door, I could clearly see at least four employees sitting around in a circle doing absolutely nothing. It's extremely frustrating when such incidents occur, especially when seeking essential services like prescription medications.Furthermore, the synchronization of smartphones and computers to the internet, which, in turn, is synced to the atomic clock, ensures accurate timekeeping GLOBALLY. So, if the manager claims to be following a clock within the pharmacy, and that clock's time contradicts the synchronized time on my top of the line, flagship, smartphone, it indicates an issue with the accuracy of the pharmacy's clock. It must take several minutes to close several blinds and pull all the cash register drawers and the employees certainly were NOT in the process of closing up when I arrived. That place was already closed up like the night vault at the bank.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They constantly substitute their generic crap for the medicine I need. I have to use liquid medicine due to trouble swallowing. They mix up some vile generic substitute of my usual medicine. They have the worst flavoring agent I have ever experienced. I have to treat them like criminals and check EVERY prescription I pick up. My doctor prescribes a brand name and they substitute. God forbid I don't check the medicine . They REFUSE to take it back and blame me. I now get to suffer thru 3 months with their vile medicine until the next refill. And they blame me and are incredibly rude to boot. I'm sure they do this to make a few extra bucks. BEWARE. You won't get the drugs as prescribed. You will be treated rudely. They just want your money.

HUGE shout out to Fernley Walgreens pharmacy staff (specifically Yancey) for going above and beyond last night for my husband. Your out of the box thinking really made a difference. THANK YOU for your care and compassion.

One employee there is extremely rude. She ignores you when you are at the window and is not friendly at all. Every single time I've gone I've waited in line at the window more than twenty minutes.

There are consistently issues with medications not being ready when stated by staff and or online. This is very costly for us, as well as frustrating.

Lousy pharmacy. Dr said scripts were sent in. Pharmacy said they needed 3 1/2 more hours when we went to pick it up. They called us to come pick up later that day and stood in line again to be told they didn't have it. Heading over to Walmart now.

Went there around 2pm on Wednesday and the lady working the register was on her phone then was rude when I needed help. Not my fault you are on the clock and shouldn't be on your phone.

Called to have a prescription transferred over, and they said they had the exact medication I needed. Went in, and they told me they only had a generic off brand that’s around $500-$800 with my insurance, but was told there was an issue with the insurance, which I haven’t encountered at the Walmart pharmacy but seems that it is when the total is over $1,000 for the generic without my insurance. Completely unacceptable that they would lie to make a profit.

Very rude and very slow. Not one of my favorite places to shop. Probably the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Very very bad customer service. Seems management could careless about customer service quality.
