“So here is an oddity of getting too close to the mountains... Postal service does not come to your doorstep! - Yes, you have to go to the PO proper to get your mail from your POBOX, which they do provide for free, in lieu of door-to-door services. So yes, everyone in Verdi goes to the post office regularly. The staff here is small and super-efficient!”

“The office has always gone above and beyond helping customers and explaining how things work. Today I witnessed a customer being absolutely rude to the employee for no reason at all. The employee was trying to explain how UPS works for Access Points. The customer proceeded to be so rude that she made the other customers feel not welcome. The foul language against the employee was uncalled for. The employee was nice and handled that rude customer very professionally. The office, never stop being you! You guys rock!”
