Clean wendys..a few slots and a gas station. That's what they have. Usually a line becuz it's next to the freeway and trucks ? stop there too..itsme itsme

The Pilot Casino is one of my favorite places to play whenever I visit Fernley. The workers are always nice and make the experience enjoyable. Always ready to help if they are needed or just bring you your drink of choice. I recommend it to anyone going through Fernley.

Sat down for two mins won 50 bucks then the machine locked up they had to reset it...but I got my money in the end...cool lil set up
