Went to vaccination appointment and was told that the vaccine is available just prior to appointment. It took 25 minutes to check in on arrival and was then told that vaccine was not go found in the refrigerator

I bought 2 Father's Day mugs on Sunday and decided to buy 2 more on Monday but they were sold out. I called spoke to "Sam" and she offered to pick them up for me at the Fernley store. What outstanding customer service. Thank you Sam

Shayanne I believe her name was, so helpful when I was stressed out over a passport picture for my infant. Fernley Walgreens screwed me over and I had to drive to Fallon! So glad I did! She made it such an easy experience for me when I was in a time crunch! Thank you thank you!

I frequent Walgreens in Fallon often and am always pleased to be waited on by the young man Julian. He is very kind, and accommodating to the customers needs.The manager, i believe also is very cool guy who runs the store. Can't think of his name but has a beard.. just very nice people

First time there, worst experience at a pharmacy. hour and a half for them to start filling my prescription, not including the 30 minutes for their lunch because they slow rolled it till their lunch started. 35 more minutes waiting for the prescription after i've already been to the counter while the associate is chatting with coworkers the whole time. Only reason behind the wait was " Sorry we are short staffed". Wouldn't be a problem if they weren't messing around back their.

12/2/22 on hold 39 min 1st time, someone picked up the phone and physically slammed it down hanging up on me. Called back 35 min on hold and still no one answers!!! I live too far away otherwise I would have just gone down there to tell them I will still be in Wednesday to pick up remainder of meds since they couldn't fill it the first time. What's it going to take Walgreens!!! Hire more people for the pharmacy and expand that dept. Since it is your bread and butter, and if it wasn't for locals you would have been out of business long ago. How about some *$@+kng respect...you expect everyone to show it to you!!! But all we get is rude remarks & retribution for remarks made back. ??? I'm going somewhere else next year.

Same as last review posted but I was on hold the first time 30 min and then was hug up on then they just took the phone off the hook finally rang again and was put hold for 59min. Now I known I could have should hug up but I thought I would just find out how long it would take for some one to answer so here we are at 1 Hr 10 min it started ringing again went straight back to hold ringing again then got hug up on. Buy the way I’m a new customer this is completely ridiculous. Customer service my @@@ less the a star but I had to post something to continue

Ive been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for years cause they were always on top of it no matter how challenging it my seem... That was years ago.. but now it's the polar opposite.You used to be able to count on the pharmacy employees to make each visit and/or phone experience a little less stressful each time. Hell now you'll stress out while you're on hold forever, it's bad when another employee gets you off hold and askvi answer their questioyn s if you've been helped. ?????

Tried calling them twice to find out if my prescription was filed and after being on hold 20+ min each time they disconnected the call. All I needed was a yes or no answer as the medication I need is for a serious medical condition.
