We started off with a nonlocal lender, but switched to Primelending when the first lender couldn’t schedule an appraisal on time. Choosing Primelending was the best thing we could have done!
The transaction ended up being very complex, but Lending Officer Shannon Faught was amazing every step of the way. She responded to our questions quickly, was clear in her communication about next steps, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our transaction went smoothly and that we got to keep our rate despite some unanticipated challenges. Her local expertise and connections were so helpful in getting an accurate appraisal on our very rural property too.

This was the best company to deal with. I've had many closings in many states, and this was by far the easiest. The loan officer, Shannon, was incredible to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional and best of all, she was constantly communicating. I never had to guess at the next step or wonder where we were in the process. It is a company I'd highly recommend. There were no surprises and it was very efficient with comparable rates and fees.
