While Nfcu avi physical locations for the moment is not so convenient at times, I see there constantly improving and posting upgrades for members. I due to a breaking have to do almost all my banking physically...
Also I found Member services and suppers to be very convenient and willing to make sure I understood the deal with my hacked account...tks N.F.C.U.

Just spent 6-7 hours trying to unfreeze my account and send a wire transfer.
No consistency or appropriate training for reps or supervisors
Was unable to get my funds in time. Your money is their money. Security systems are onerous.
They suggested I travel 800 miles to the closest branch as the only option to send a wire transfer.
Put on hold for 15-20: min for every question I asked
Horrible service

There are representatives that are great and professional. However, in two recent occasions, the representative was unprofessional and not courteous. It felt like it was a bothersome to them that I was calling. Definitely some inconsistencies with your customer service.

My dad's a vet so I have an account with Navy Federal. I am not able to use the services without a military ID because I can't enter the base. This is the only branch remotely close to Reno and I can't even use it. Maybe it's time I find a credit union I can actually use...

The Banking Staff at the Navy Federal Fallon Branch are All Awesome and Very Knowledgeable of all the Banking needs and requirements for all customer banking needs. In assisting me, I have always left the Credit Union with a smile!! ??? Thanks Jay, Debbie, Lola, Carrie and Sam for All That You Do To Keep Your Customers Happy!!????? ❤️
