Great folks doing great work. have used them several times for lambs and hogs and turned out good. Made some excellent venison jerky and salami for me.

Very friendly and cut meat exactly like I asked. A friend and I bought a whole pig cut and packaged. We each were able to take home 90lbs of local quality pork to stock freezer for winter. Super excited for the holidays and roasting the ham. Prices were decent and we are very happy with our decision to order here.

Their lamb is succulent, fresh and DELICIOUS!!!We’re going back in a couple weeks for anotherwhole lamb. You can’t beat the quality of the meat and you can’tbeat their price pr pound.
