“My friend needed to use a fax machine and all the usual places were closed for the holiday weekend...but the very nice lady on the other side of the desk said even though they normally only allow their customers to use it she would be glad to help out. I love it!!!! I love it when a human being acts like a human being!!! Company policy be damned! She made me think better of WF, and that's saying something because I have quite a few friends that have horror stories about WF. So here's a positive review to a wonderful lady who just did what everyone should do, help others when you can!”
