It kinda felt like this store was having an identity crisis not knowing whether it was a sports/outdoor store or a general store. Very limited selection of outdoor supplies. The staff was friendly though.

The customer service here was awesome! We have never been into this Big 5. We are from Montana. They offered us a coupon that saved us almost 20 bucks! We found everything we went in looking for fast. The store is clean and well organized too

I never got hired. I was called for an interview only because I kept calling the store about my application. Since I was the first person interviewed or application I didn't get hired. We talked for 45 minutes.

I visited the Big 5 Sporting Goods #476 - Fallon this past weekend with my daughter to get a scooter for her to get to school. I need to give a HUGE shout out to an employee there named Trey. He is an excellent employee and truly an asset to your company. He was the first to greet us upon entering, was quick to offer assistance in telling us exactly where to go in the store for what we needed, and we chose his line upon checkout. He was friendly, professional, and answered all of my daughter's questions about her new scooter. I spoke with the manager afterwards and was surprised to hear he was a new hire. Trey was already knowledgeable of his job, his customer service skills and professionalism were above and beyond what I had experienced here last year, he came across as genuinely caring about my daughter and I as costumers, and the way he presented himself I had assumed he was a seasoned manager. Kudos to Trey, and I thank him for helping my daughter with her scooter selection. Employees like Trey are the ones that will make me return.

To the guy who had problems with licenses, those machines are not owned by Big 5. If you want to complain about them complain to NDOW because they are the ones responsible for the machines working properly.
