Highly highly recommend this place! The staff is always so incredibly nice! Prices are phenomenal! We took our dads big lifted truck there to get the tires polished and shines, that took some elbow grease for sure! These guys did it with a smile and were so kind! The wash was awesome! If you want the best quality wash come here! They have so many package options and they offer vehicle detailing with appointment. I will always recommend this place to everyone!

THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY!! We took my brand new car in for the deluxe wash and came out with two matching, deep, to the metal scratches on my passenger side. We didn't notice until we drove across the street to Burger King and saw the fresh gouges. Went right back and they denied that they did it. The refused to give us any insurance or owner contact info so we had to call the police to get the information from the report. A lady finally showed up and basically told us us too bad, they're not liable and we can't "prove" they did it. Police said it's a civil issue. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

I love taking my truck to this place! First thing that sold me on it was Ms Laura, the lady you actually interact with in the window! She has such a beautiful personality and is always so sweet to my pups when they come with me. Then the service they provide is top notch: the standard automatic car washes that were near me in SC would only "scrub" your grill, wheels and back bumper/tailgate, and it cost $20! Here, I pay $12, and they basically hand wash the whole thing and then send you through... You definitely get your money's worth and your get it with a friendly smile!!!

Stopped in to get my car washed here the other day. $16 for the best wash they have is the best deal I've seen for a car wash in a long time!!! They did a fantastic job! Sprayed the front of my car down with bug remover before they scrubbed with brushes and soapy water. What a great value for an awesomely done wash!

American Carwash is the best in Fallon. They have vacuums, hand dry options, detailing, and a ton of newer options. The professionalism of one of the employees (Lito) was above and beyond. ✨✨✨✨✨

I’ve used this car wash a few times before but this last time I took my car in the people with the brooms broke my car window trim and they literally told me they weren’t responsible for breaking the car because of the sign in the front. Although it was 100 percent there fault. I would not recommend taking you car, if the owner wants to reach out to me to cover the part I will change my reviews but the employees pretty much told me to F off. And it’s a nice bmw. Thanks for messing up my trim.
