Incompetent Management! Manager was trying to withhold my money from a purchase I was returning and told me to call customer service! Obviously the manager was lazy and didn’t know how to do her job correctly! Never coming to this place again!

If you are Black they do not cater to black women and it’s almost racist bevsuse it’s like they think by having certain. Products like Got 2 B Glue will attract thieves. They don’t carry black products because they think it cause trouble and it’s sad

Sally Beauty overall love the brand and the fact that I can get quality items for my hair at a reasonable price. However, the two stars for the brand is all I'm giving them because the staff at this store were nothing but useless the few times I have been to this location. If you are not sure of what items you need for your hair, ex:what balancer or toner you need to get a specific color, make sure you do your research and ask a qualified person, DO NOT ask the staff here. I have been misguided twice by two different staff members. Word of advice to the staff, If you don't know something don't claim you do, and also if someone walks in near closing and you just want to get home, asking what the guest want and assisting them with their needs will get them out faster instead of making it uncomfortable to ever walking in the store again is a better idea.

Usually this is a very accommodating Sallys when Moriah is working. I also noticed that there is always a new employee training every month.I came in for a return for my 8 boxes of hair dye. Justine and Breanne was working and the computer was not working properly and line was super long. There was an old lady that end up leaving because no one attending was to her needs and she couldn’t stand for a long period of time. After my return, I noticed I only got credited for 6 out 8 hair dyes that I purchased. I was furious because I had to go back to the store after waiting for 45 minutes for my previous transactions. Justine didn’t know what she was doing because she was still new and training. Breanne didn’t do anything to help but just stood there, watched and didn’t offer any better solutions to the problem. Justine and Breanne didn’t offer good customer service and I’m beyond disappointed with my shopping experience. I will not be returning to this Blue Diamond Sallys!

The people here are always so helpful. I recently made the error of trying to go red after being platinum blonde for 6 years. I immediately regretted it and missed my blonde. They were so helpful to find a color remover and helped me know the best way to apply everything without ruining my hair.

My experience was very good employees was very helpful especially Justine she recommended things for my hair type and was very nice and professional the store is very nice and clean on the inside

The staff here is very rude, constantly follow me around asking if I’m looking for anything specific (yes, found it in 30 seconds), do I need help (no), still asking even after I’ve repeated myself. They act like I’m going to steal something and I’m not nearly cool enough to be in “their” store. I can’t stand this location. Hire better staff and train them better!

i went to sally on blue diamond this morning to buy hair color. i didnt bring my card only cash. when i was paying $100 bill the cashier said she dont have change. so i went to ross to get something so i can get change. i went back to sally to pay for my stuffs and i told the cashier you should have change because its very inconvenient for customer to go get change. she told me i have change but i jst didnt want to give you all my change. i think thats b*******
