Asked for extra ketchup & salt. 7:45am Waited up front of the drive through for a breakfast sandwich, 3 orders of hashbrowns, small coffee, a coke and 2 breakfast burritos...Wait up front??Got my order and not one salt or ketchup OR napkin or straw!! Had to go inside to retrieve and got an attitude. Condiments & utensils go with the food, to not include any is completely ridiculous! Great start to a morning! Thanks Micky D's!!Wont come back to this McDonalds, ever!! AND the breakfast biscuit was microwaved and kind of hard/stale... :-(Hey employees....Do your job!! They act like the company takes 10 cents out of their pay for every condiment and napkin they give out!!

Forget to order a special burger (quarter pounder w/ 1 slice of cheese) you’ll never get it right!! No human to order from (frustrating). Never again will I go in that store.

I think this might be the worst McDonald’s ever. Every single time I order from them I either get the wrong items or someone else’s order. No straws no napkins. It literally takes 2 seconds to put these items in a bag. Is it so hard to read a receipt and make sure what you’re doing is accurate? Feels like these kids are learning absolutely nothing about taking pride in what they do. I worry about their futures sometimes. Also, McDonald’s should pay their employees more in order to get good quality workers.

Despite placing my order, confirming with the manager, and specifically requesting condiments, my orders consistently arrive devoid of any sauces or extras.Condiments play a significant role in enhancing the flavors of the food, and their absence has been a major letdown. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of attention to detail, especially when I've taken the extra step to confirm my condiment preferences with the manager.What's even more frustrating is the seemingly nonchalant attitude displayed by the staff. It feels as though they enjoy getting away with providing subpar service, pulling the rug from under customers who expect a complete and enjoyable meal.For a fast-food giant like McDonald's, one would expect a higher level of customer service. The taste of some items heavily relies on the accompanying sauces, and without them, the overall experience is compromised.I urge McDonald's to address this issue and instill a more customer-centric approach within their team. Condiments may seem like a small detail, but they can significantly impact the overall dining experience. It's time for a change and an improvement in the attitude towards customer satisfaction.

Waukeem or idk how to spell it but he needs a raise!! i waited over 30 minutes for an mcChicken and as soon as waukeem came in he got it done! Amazing guy definitely needs an raise/promotion.

Drive thru isn't as quick as it used to be. The workers are friendly. Don't order on the mobile app for curbside, they take forever. The drive thru is their priority.

Above average service by McDonald's standards. While most McDonald's standards, you should be thankful if you get any food within 20 minutes, much less get what you ordered. This one tends to get your food right, served hot, and within 5 minutes. Impressive considering the very disappointing standards of other stores.

The food was really bad!! It was Cold, dry and it seemed stale... not even good... and also they missed up our order! customer service overall meh... a better management is recommended.

Worst McDonald's. Cold food constantly. Takes minimum of 10 minutes to get your cold food sometimes I've waited 30 minutes. Awful service. I love around the corner but I go to the next McDonald's because the food is better and faster. Pay your employees more you cheap owner.

By far the slowest service I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s. It’s a bunch of young kids huddled together talking and messing around. You are far better off going down the road to the McDonald’s in the Walmart parking lot. They’re kind friendly and efficient there.
