I will always stay here when I'm passing through Ely. It's one of the cleanest hotels for the price point, modern, pet friendly, and is not a casino so doesn't smell like smoke. They also have a good hot breakfast, jacuzzi, pool and steam room that also has a eucalyptus steam option ?

Everything was perfect! Clean rooms great breakfast area and pool hot tub and sauna were amazing! Fitness area has top of the line Life Fitness equipment! Showers in rooms have shampoo conditioner and body wash. Rooms have microwaves refrigerators and keurigs. Very quiet, couldn’t hear anyone above or below and they except pets! Great experience overall will definitely be back!

Recently stayed here on a trip to and from the Phoenix area during Thanksgiving.Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a bit of an issue with getting the room to cool off--I turned the thermostat over to Cool instead of Heat, but could not get cooler air to blow from the AC. But, that was a minor issue.Service from the front desk staff was always good.Complimentary breakfast was quite decent, as well.

I've gotten so lucky with Holiday Inn's across the country, and I've stayed in so many (Platinum Elite status). I rarely leave reviews for them because in the end, they're just all the same. However, this location in this lil town blew them all out of the water! I know, how unexpected! Here are some highlights about this particular location:NON-SMOKING: I rarely travel to Nevada because I have no interest in smoke-filled casinos and bars. My nose and lungs totally appreciate this hotel's "no smoking" policy.CHEAP BUT GOOD: For two nights, book two days before arrival, we only paid about $360.00. The building seems pretty new. The entire room was huge and spotless. Comfy bed, great water pressure from the shower and amazing offering for breakfast.BREAKFAST: Phenomenal spread. You get it all. Bagels, toast, pancakes, cereal, juices, sweet treats, hot food including eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy along with all the condiments you may need. And it's damn tasty.*Note: Prospector Inn, located right by this hotel, offers much cheaper rooms however the entire building reeks of cigarettes. Holiday Inn is your best option for a clean, quiet and comfortable stay in Ely.Rooms: Spacious, clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Only 1 hour from Great Basin National ParkFood & drinks: Breakfast SLAPS! So many options and it’s all fresh and delish.

Seriously the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in! So clean, and that's the best part! The biggest rooms, and they even have a sauna!!! Only thing I wish the room had was more towels and maybe an extra blanket, other than that our stay has been PERFECT!

Good spot for stopping the long Highway 50 experience. Very nice service and super large rooms. Breakfast was ok and the house style of Holiday Inn is a bit minimalistic/ modern which leaves a bit of a hospital impression. But everything is clean and it was also nice and quiet.

Holiday inn has improved considerably over the last several years. I think since it was taken over by Intercontinental. They have very nice rooms, large lobby’s, etc, I think it is much nicer than Eg La Quinta. Clean and quiet. Decent location in town. Nice team

This hotel seems to be very new and is probably one of the best places to stay in Ely. I found everything to be very well maintained and especially clean. The breakfast is included and I also thought it was much better than what is typically offered at other places.

As a solo traveler, I am always worried about staying safe in a new town. The Holiday Inn was a very good place to stay. There was always someone at the front desk, they gave excellent recommendations for places to eat, and the hotel cleaning staff could not have been nicer. The women maintaining the breakfast station always had a pleasant word for everyone. This hotel is the best place to stay in a 300 mile radius.

Room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Our room had a large refrigerator as well as a microwave and coffee maker. Free breakfast available in the lobby with basic breakfast fare. Large lobby area with plenty of seating. Small gym available as well

Disgruntled neighbor ripped the license plate off my trailer while I was staying here...no cameras where I was parked so kinda bummed. Room was nice and clean bed was comfy...id probably stay again just park somewhere

It's been awhile since we stayed at any IHG property, but when we found ourselves in Ely, this hotel looked like the place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and how new everything felt. King bed was comfortable, sofa bed was okay. Breakfast was tasty too, kids enjoyed the pancake printer contraption. If IHG could copy and paste this hotel elsewhere, they should. We'll look at Holiday Inn Express more closely for future stays elsewhere because this one was that good.

Pleasantly surprised, hotel was clean and staff friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The 2 Queen suite was a perfect size for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

New hotel. Rooms nicely decorated with new furniture, fixtures and equipment. Bit of street noise. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
