Our post office is extremely disappointing, as we've received notifications claiming items were delivered when they actually weren't. Consequently, we've had to personally go to the office to retrieve them.
We've been informed that there are letters waiting for us to collect packages that mysteriously cannot be located. I just don’t get it? Additionally, I was informed that mail carriers may mark a package as delivered but leave it at the post office if they believe it won't fit in the box, without placing it on a visible shelf. This situation causes items to be considered nonexistent if not on this elusive shelf. What alternatives do we have in this situation?

I felt bad for the man behind the counter, very long line and he was alone. With that many people you would think that you they would have additional personnel.

This particular location is a waste of taxpayers money. They are lazy and incompetent. They couldn’t deliver our package because our apartment mailboxes were full, we went online as directed on the note to request for re-delivery. It was not re-delivered the next day and on the note it stated that if it’s not delivered or picked up on a certain date the package will be returned to sender. So we went to the post office, the lady who didn’t really seem to care much couldn’t find it. We learned they don’t deliver to our door. She said we can track down the truck assigned to our area to get our package. Again, we paid for the service on top of federal taxes for this. We can only hope it doesn’t happen again. Now we got another note for undeliverable package and that they’d try again. It was Thursday, it was not attempted on Friday. So we have to wait til Monday, but guess what Monday is Labor Day, so we’ll have to try on Tuesday and not even sure what’s gonna happen… if we’re gonna have to chase down our package again this time.

Whichever employee delivers in my neighborhood cannot read addresses. All through November and December they kept delivering my mail and packages to a house several streets over with the same house number (NOT THE SAME STREET).I'm lucky the person at that house is so nice and they keep letting me know when it happens and bringing me my mail. Several times I have gotten mail addressed to other addresses. Now this is getting ridiculous and I know the other house has reported it multiple times.There's no excuse for not delivering mail to the proper house. Fortunately most bills can be paid online these days but it is unacceptable to be causing people to miss bills and lose packages.

According to the mailman the package doesn’t fit and leaves a message stating only that he tried delivering. The apartment complex has side lockers for bigger packages. I asked if he could deliver to door and said he doesn’t do door delivery. He marked my mail as delivered and I had to request a refund for the merchandise.

Great service from Rod, he remembers just about everyone that walks through his door. Never had any problems with delivery or picking up packages from the post office. A+++++ post office compared to a lot of other post offices that I have been too.

They lost my packages the same day they attended to deliver them. I was at work and had someone go pick them up. I was notified that I would receive a call once the packages where found. 4 days later I personally call them to check on a status and the lady who claims to work the front desk told me tough luck, raised her voice at me once I brought this to her attention and hung up on me.

Package was "attempted to be delivered, note left"Except it WAS NOT. And no note was left. There was someone AT my house the whole time. And I was GLUED to my phone waiting for my package to update. SUDDENLY at about 9pm. I saw the note. "Attempted to deliver. Note was left." Nowi have to wait till MONDAY. to ATTEMPT to get my package because I have NO NOTE. Been on the phone with corperate for almost an hour and that's a mission on its own. Ill be making sure any packages I order from now on don't come through the post office. Literally NEVER had had this problem with ANY other delivery service. Shame on u guys for cutting corners the way u do.

The most incompetent group of people I've ever had to suffer through dealing with. I mean I don't expect much from government employees, but I cannot comprehend the amount of dumb one one person must be to work here. Apparently they also mine for idiots in them there hills.

These motherfuckers have lost so many of my packages. If I dont get my package a day later, I have to drive to the post office to see if they have it an big surprise they almost never do. The people there always say sorry there's nothing we can do when there are a few simple things that they can do. Like checking the correct address/ mailbox or stop marking packages delivered when they're not. F*** THIS PLACE. What are you gonna do about it tough guy?
