The UPS guy from the store that I talked to, to ask if I could pick up my package there was very rude and seemed like he was in a very bad mood. Poor customer service, he told me my package wasn't even in the system when the site clearly said that the package was being processed and to call if I wanted to pick up. Now the Christmas presents won't be a surprise. Thanks UPS!

Ridiculous the at this location in a predominantly mining town, we paid to have an important signature only medication delivery rescheduled to Friday, no delivery window provided other than it was out for delivery at 8.30am and will be delivered before 7pm so we were waiting around for the knock/doorbell only to get an email that a delivery was missed at 11am, which is impossible as we were in the living room next to the door, no one knocked we would have heard it's a small apartment. Then ups customer service tried to help and have it redelivered before 7pm so we spent the rest of the day with one of us making sure we were in the room to hear a knock, no package came Ups called back and said they did not hear back from this depot. What a waste of your customers time and money. Your core business is to deliver packages and that is not something you are able to do successfully.

You can't get someone on the phone at all at this location. I have called ups using their 800 number and they said they will message the dispatch and no response. My issue is that I could see the truck on the map back at this ups location when it was out for delivery and now, they aren't even giving me a delivery day now. They won't file a missing package claim at all they said that ups does not do claims. and the only number you can find online is the 1800 number that does not let you talk to this location, and ups does not give it out. They just put the package on the truck and didn't even deliver it.

Just put zero stars on it 3 times I was told out for delivery and was not delivered 3 times driver takes pilot road when all he has to do is take Rt 233 to montello nv but elko does not have enough sense to change the rout a tiny bit. 1.5 should be your rating for incompetence. Rt 233 is clear and not a dirt Rd. Logistics my bleep. Weather is not a factor Pilot Road is the problem and the person in charge. Mis-management has always been an Elko station issue.

This place is ran by clowns that are too lazy to work for their paycheck. They hold people's packages for weeks without any communication or assistance.

I just had an expected delivery on September 29th 2022. They failed to deliver the package. Today, September 30th 2022, UPS failed to deliver the package again because they did not inform me that a signature was required or someone to be home. Now I can't get my package until Monday. I am extremely displeased with UPS. USPS at least communicates what the recipient of a package needs to do. What can Brown do for me? COMMUNICATE!

This place is never open when they say they are supposed to be open. 20% of the times that I have actually come to this establishment they have been open. It's almost as if whoever is supposed to work there puts a sign up on the door and then goes home and collects their paycheck.

Showed up they're only open 3 hours Monday through Friday and when I showed up during those hours it set aside on the door saying we were closed and employee passed me outside but it had not even taken the time to bother to tell me that the office was closed ridiculously poor customer service and I think that someone was just slipping out the door to get a drink or something

Some of my packages are MISSING! and 1 of my mom's packages WAS STOLEN, OPENED BY AN EMPLOYEE!!! my usps or fedex packages arrived, some of the UPS packages arrived but 50% of them were missing... and the other 50% are "running late"

UPS lost 4 separate packages of mine that were supposed to have been delivered in Elko. You can't get a single person to answer the phone. In phone and online, I kept getting the messages that my packages were left on my door, which they clearly were not. In one day I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered when I was at work, one from FedEX and one from UPS, and miraculously the FedEX package was at my door but somehow the UPS package (that claimed it was also here) was missing. I highly doubt a neighbor stole one but left the other. I had to go through the lengthy process of filing losses for the 4 missing packages, wait for my money to be returned, then reorder everything and have it shipped to where I work on Spring Creek. I'm grateful to the people delivering to Spring Creek. They actually bring the packages indoors and hand them off to a person (although that's pretty standard practice when delivering to a company). Overall, the entire situation was a complete nightmare and I've made inquiries on several occasions on how to avoid going through UPS when ordering just to never have to waste so much of my life, finances, and emotional energy again!
