I just had Norm’s do a valve job. I wish I didn’t wait so long, the car has a lot more power. it’s been my experience that norms has always been upfront and honest. Hard to find these days.

So went to have a key made for a Ford with the passive anti theft system, only have 1 key and an aftermarket radio so must be plugged into computer and programmed. Well, i had purchased the wrong transponder key (2 different kinds for my model year), they tried and tried to program, reprogram, etc, all to no avail. No telling how much shop time they wasted, when I picked it up, they did not charge me for the attempts or shop time, much to my extreme surprise!! Once purchase the right transponder key will go back. They also cut all kinds of keys too, recessed like in hyundais, hondas, etc. Finally, an honest car repair shop in Elko!!! Thanks S&R!!!

My only key fob for my push start car was run over. Randy and his partner went above and beyond to help me. They were extremely patient while I waited for my new key in the mail, and then again when we ran into issues getting it programmed. I went there only to get my key programmed but because of his kindness, and professionalism he earned my business for any car related issue I may face in the future. I cannot say enough great things about these guys at S&R Auto!

Our car broke down outside of Elko. Once we got it towed in Randy was so kind and helpful in diagnosing our car in a timely manner. While we couldn't save it, he was kind and honest about what was wrong and our options. I wish I could thank him more and give something back, so I'm writing this review.
