just bought a used vehicle from Riverton. Our salesperson, Krymson Martinez, was absolutely awesome, courteous and helpful in every way possible, even though dealing with us over a long Labor Day weekend. So far we are also pleased with car itself (a 2010 Toyota Sienna) and with the financing terms they were able to obtain for us. Thank you, Riverton and Kyrmson!

I love their Service Department, I deal with Steve and Lisa and both are absolutely the most fair and excellent service!… that department is why I just purchased my next Cadillac from them. My salesman AJ was very thorough in explaining the process and details on the car! If you haven’t tried Riverton you are missing out .. A great dealership experience!

They were friendly & helpful. I found the vehicle I wanted & took a test drive. When I came back & said it was interested but needed to think about it over the weekend, they didn’t pressure me to get me to buy it right then. When I did decide to buy it, they make it pretty easy to do. I paid cash for it, so someone financing may have a different experience. They did insist on a selling price above the KBB price, but since it was very hard to find exactly what I wanted at a lower price, so I went ahead & agreed to their price. They did try to sell me extended warranty & oil change agreements, which I turned down, but I wasn’t pressured or anything. All in all, it was a relatively easy & pleasant experience.

Jen provided excellent customer service! She ordered the parts for recalls on my truck. Jen also made sure my truck was washed before I picked it up after it was serviced. My courtesy shuttle driver was very nice as well!
