Worst Petco we've been in. A lot of the fish are dying. Ferrets were fighting. Store was unclean, freezer with fish food smelled when opened. We left with nothing. Couldn't find anyone to help. Petco in Reno is really nice, worth the drive.

This store is in terrible condition. Fish are dead and stuck to filters. Went in for Dubia roaches and had to search for some that weren’t dead. Asked the cashier if I could get two containers for the price of one or maybe a large discount since there were probably 5/12 that were alive… he asked what I guess is the manager and she said she could give me 10% off and I needed to shake the container… she was super rude and I ended up leaving. I’ll order online some place else.

My first time here. When I made the appointments, one dog was $75 and the other was $85.When I picked up the first dog, they said they couldn't trim the front paws because nobody would assist her to finish the job. So I took her to another groomer and they did the job for free. When I picked up the other dog, she complained he was really heavy.First dog was suppose to be $75, they charged $83, the second dog was suppose to be $83, they charge $125.Then they expected me to to her. For what? You never finished the job and did nothing but complain and your team didn't help you.You take your to out of over charging me.I will NEVER return here.No wonder you guys are already slow, it's worth waiting for a real groomer who knows how to start and finish a job and charge what's quoted.Enjoy your money because you will never get anymore from me.

They had many opportunities to help us get the bird we wanted and we were in several times . Not once did they try to make that happen through customer service or follow through. we ended up very unhappy with the staff and manager. As someone who works in the animal field and many years retail experience i would give a zero if i could. we should have shopped out of town .

Went in looking for a specific item. None on the shelf. Asked if they would look in their system to see if there were any in stock and was rudely told NO! The store is a disaster and employees are rude! Learn some manners!!!

I have shopped there many times and have had no problems, now they want you to pay .10 per bag, or carry it out yourself. B.s. I'll not pay .10 since you're so overpriced on everything else..!

The store was clean. However, they were in the middle of restocking the shelves. We did have an associate come up to us to try and find what we were looking for, but it looked like they stopped carrying it.

My sister placed an order through pickup , she was working so she sent me, my boyfriend and my little sister. We got off and the guy who helped us first was super nice , we showed him the receipts and order number my sister sent me. He was unsure so he called a girl, i believe she might have been the manager. She came out and i tried showing the receipts and order number and she didn't even bother to look at my phone , she asked us for id , i didn't know you needed an id to pick up PAID dog food but whatever ,instead of approaching us in a professional manner to explain why she couldn't hand us the food, she put her finger up in our face and started saying that we needed an id and that we needed to be put on the pickup list and had such an attitude with me in front of my 8 year old sister. it was an unpleasant experience. Petco need to work on customer service because that is not okay.

Love our neighborhood Petco. Especially the grooming department. My 4 dog’s favorite day is Petco spa days because they are treated so very special.

It's the worst petco I have ben to and yes I ben to alot of thim some of the staff is very friendly but thay know what to say to sell a product not what to say to take care of Animals the reptile in there is so under Cared for and it's so sad I have bought alot of reptile just to try to help thim most have passed away but some are doing great and at there new for ever homes this place shold be closed or get staff that truly care for there Animals and not just selling product
