I went to this location after having problems with T680's alternator and high voltage ⚡️. They did a great job by troubleshooting and finding the problem. Instead of trying to change the alternator like the past shop tried. They were fast and professional. I really appreciate both Courtney and Kortney from the service department for their amazing personality and professionalism. I recommend this Kenworth dealer to everyone who doesn't want to get ripped off.

This place always treats me right. I've dealt with service and parts. Everyone is always polite, and I've never had any problems. Not open at all on weekends.

Just got to mention this wonderful team that works at this location! I called to get major DEF issues resolved in my W-900 just a few days before Christmas and the team at this location worked tirelessly to resolve the truck issues and got me home for Christmas huge shout out for the amazing work this team does on a daily basis! PS. Do not ever go in there and take your problems out on these wonderful people. They are there to help and help they will when your nice!! Keep up the amazing work!

A bit of long wait to get in for diagnostic. But who isn't these days. Great people. We will see about cost and time for service in next couple of days. Did have parts in stock!This is now , after work is done. They told me it would be a couple of days to get to my truck. Then a day and a half. Got a hotel, the next evening I got a call to say it was done! I picked up my truck the day they were going to start working on it. The tech showed me the removed parts and explained everything they did and what parts were used. Overall a great ( although expensive) experience.

Amazing service. My dad had broke down in Elko, & unfortunately they didn’t have the part he needed, BUT, they did do everything they could to get him back on road and make it to where he needed to be (where the part he needed was). So for that, we thank you for everything you did Kenworth employees.
