Excellent service and work! I've taken my vehicle to them a couple of times for repairs over the last year and have been satisfied every time. Even if they are busy, they work hard to fit you in and work fast. I've never had to wait very long for work to get done on my vehicle with them. They are great to work with! They work great with extended warranties and really go above and beyond to keep the customer informed and happy. I plan on taking my vehicle to them for any future work that needs done.

Don't do it...he took over a grand, drove my vehicle overnight while he partied instead of repairing it, failed to perform the repairs he claimed and when called out on it promised to refund my money in writing ..NEVER REFUNDED ONE PENNY... costs to fix his failures continue to add up. ASE doesn't mean squat, just another b.s. artist who has done this in different places and every time Joe gets caught he packs up in the middle of the night and moves.ASCI means nothing in the grand scheme

On vacation my Honda Odyssey broke down on I-80 50 miles West of Elko. I contacted Joes to see if he do the repair.He did the repair that evening and got the van back before 8 pm.

Came to my house to diagnose what I thought was a failing transmission. He could have told me it was failing and given someone else business to swap it out, but told me to just change the fluid a couple of times in the next few weeks, and it should be fine. 220$ for a service 20 miles from his place of business, and he could easily have taken advantage of my ignorance on transmissions......and didn't.

Horrible mechanic shop. Completely incompetent and overpriced. The mechanic/owner won't talk to you, just makes the girls up front talk to you. He charged us $4k for a fuel pump repair that was legitimately $100 parts cost and less than an hour repair. Go anywhere else

Just needed my rear brake cylinder and a small 8 inch section of steel brake line replaced right by the rear passenger tire (the leak couldn't have possibly been in an easier spot to repair) dude charged me $300 to tell me what I just told him about the brake line, then claimed he had to do the entire brake line and charged me $1100 for a job that's $250 at the most, and to add insult to injury he only did the brake cylinder and left me with a still leaky brake line, then tried convincing me my master cylinder (which I replaced 2 months prior) was going bad. I could have literally done the job myself if i wasn't working 72 hours a week with a 2 hour commute, when I got back home it took me like a half hour to fix my brake line, it was leaking through the threading so I just cut it off and respliced one with a kit I got from O'Reillys long story short, dudes a straight con artist, I payed $1400 for a $400 job at the very worst and he still only did half of it

Joe’s Auto Repair was tremendous! Traveling by on the way to Jarbidge Wilderness and front wheel bearing went out. Showed up around 5:15 p.m. on Friday and Joe and the Team stayed until the job was done. Tremendous service, quality, and showed genuine integrity when working on the vehicle and explaining the work.
