Went in for a check engine diagnostic everything seemed above board till later in the even my truck started burning oil opened the hood to discover my dipstick sticking half way out of my engine and oil all over the place absolutely disgusting practice to do to a customer just to ensure they will be forced to pay more or to replace the vehicle

We visited Gallagher Ford this week and the whole experience from start to finish of buying my wife’s new car was great. Yusenka was helpful, informative but not pushy at all as some other experiences we’ve had at other dealerships before. We left there with a great vehicle at a great deal. Perfect service. As a passerby, I was able to leave my vehicle behind and was promised that someone would take care of it. When I returned two hours later, the diagnosis was made. After my OK, the battery and battery cables were replaced. Then my vehicle was ready to start again.
