A hub of knowledge and potential for more. This dealership, especially the service department, represent the absolute best when it comes to industry standard.

Initially I wanted to put zero stars. We were traveling and were hundreds of miles from home and hundreds of miles from our destination when our truck went into limp mode because of the Def System. We are still under warranty and pulled into this dealership hoping for help. The initial person we spoke to refused to help us even though we were completely stranded. Luckily David Booth Manager stepped in and recognized the seriousness of our situation. We had a room in Elko, spent the night and David had us on the road by 10 the next morning. We greatly appreciate the time he took to address and clear the situation. Thanks David!!

Not even one star! Our car broke down yesterday, so we left it at the Elko Dodge dealership with a tow truck overnight. We left a note explaining that oil was leaking from the car and it was emitting smoke, emphasizing the urgency of the issue. When we arrived at the dealership the next morning, DANIEL at the service greeted us and seemed to mockingly inform us that none of their technicians were available to inspect the car. He also mentioned that the engine might be beyond repair due to the extensive oil leakage and casually offered to buy the car for a mere $4,500, almost jokingly. (Btw the car is dodge ram srt 10 with the viper engine) :)))))))
Undeterred, we searched for a mechanic online and discovered Grease Monkey, which had received excellent reviews in Elko. Despite Daniel's discouragement, we decided to give Grease Monkey a chance. Fortunately, Brady from Grease Monkey went out of his way to come to the Dodge dealership to assess our vehicle. Following his inspection, we had our car towed to Grease Monkey, and we had an excellent experience with them.
In stark contrast to our disappointing encounter at ELKO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, Grease Monkey delivered exceptional service. They prioritize quality service over profit, making them a highly recommended choice for car repairs.
Finally, I really wanna mention this to Daniel, I hope one day you learn that you are not supposed to mock a costumer especially when they are need of your help by offering to buy their car for cheap because it broke down.
And I hope the dealership owners can read this comment!!

The worst customer service experience I've ever received, and it's not even over yet. It has been almost 4 months and I still don't have my truck back (for faulty TCM comms) and no real work has even been done on it.They have dropped the ball at every single opportunity. Worst service department in town, by far. Daniel at the service desk will lie to you, give you excuse after excuse, make fun of your family, hang up on you, refuse to call you back, and then call members of your family to avoid talking to you. I spoke to the service manager (who didn't really seem to care and has never even bothered to follow up) about everything and nothing ever changed.Stay far, far, away from these guys.

Our car broke down, so we left it at Elko Dodge overnight with a note about an oil leak and smoke. DANIEL at the dealership seemed unhelpful, joking about buying the car cheap. We found Grease Monkey online, and Brady came to assess our vehicle. We chose Grease Monkey and had an excellent experience. They prioritize service over profit, unlike ELKO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM. I Highly recommend Grease Monkey for car repairs If you are in Elko. Without any doubt and look for Bredy he is the owner and personally over look Everthing in the shop and would talk directly with the customers.

If you’re reading this, I need to qualify my comments. I don’t review things often. I give reviews when things are exemplary and when things are significantly in poor quality or poor service. Unfortunately, this review is about a car dealership. Now let me explain, I drove from Las Vegas up to Elko for a tournament my young daughter with competing in. I seem to be having some significant transmission trouble, and made it a point to wake up early in the morning and be the first person at the dealership. Upon going into the dealership in the morning, the service manager told me that they would not be able to look at my vehicle for two months. I understand that finding qualified employees and technicians in challenging, but to tell somebody that they won’t even look at the vehicle for two months when they’re eight hours away from home it is simply unkind. To tell my vehicle back to Las Vegas, I was quoted over $4000 by an outside service company. Luckily, I had an employee drive eight hours north to Elko, with a trailer, and flatbed my truck back to Vegas for service. I run a business myself, and I understand the challenges of employees and service and things of that nature, but to tell a customer that they can’t even look at a vehicle for two months? If you don’t have service technicians, then somebody’s doing a bad job at finding qualified people.

2 stars because they did succeed in getting me into a car 2months ago. Wont say any names specifically because this scam was a joint effort & everyone deserves equal credit. Were vey nice/efficient/effective during the sales process. As I left the lot had to stop for gas to make it home (hmm, ok) within 24 hours the check engine/oil change light came on (uh, that was pricey) then only 4 days into summer my air conditioning didnt work made an appt took car back to the dealer 9am yesterday. Heard nothing all til 230pm (I called them) told me it hadnt been looked into. Got ahold of them again 6pm told me they need $1500 the air compressor was broken wouldnt hold refrigerant. Got a ride there paid $160 for the diagnosis. Went to 2 diff places today Both say dealership has to do the work on this. Both also said its been cracked for some time & it would have been Impossible for dealership to have not known about it at time of sale. Don't have $1500 extra dollars what I Do have is a $30,000 lawn ornament because I basicallly can't drive it until fall. I challenge anyone at Elko motors to say that I can. Try sitting in your cars even with all windows all the way down for 5 mins and see if you find it doable..

Not sure about buying a car here. But they did have to change my transmition. They had my truck almost 3 months. Communication was horrible. After getting my truck back. The rear seal was leaking. They did replace that. But then a year in a half later. My cooling lines began to leak. This was because their tech didn't put a bolt in a bracket. And they denied to replace the lines. Horrible experience
