He just throws parts at things and demands payments before anything is fixed. No communication with his customers, he expects them to check on it. I was told I would get better customer service if I spoke Spanish. He created more problems than before it was brought into his shop and it sat there for months without any work being done because he does not communicate. Now I have to pay over $6000 to fix the issues he created. He is a liar and uneducated.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I definitely recommend this mechanic. He fixed my hybrid even though he had never worked on one before. He was determined to find the problem and he fixed it. He is also very fair about the price. He is a very nice guy and we will always take our vehicles to him and recommend him to everyone.

Don’t be fooled by the look of the shop. Roman is a fantastic mechanic. He is fast, friendly, and fair. His English is not perfect, but he communicates very effectively, better than most people I know. He was able to explain a unique process of elimination to me, someone with little experience. He did this while explaining his philosophy of life and how he does business. After only about 2 minutes of conversing, it struck me that he was a brilliant man with a kind heart, a community spirit, and that I would never forget the interaction. He found the engine problem in 40 minutes, one ignition coil. He had it fixed in another 10 minutes. Every other shop was going to start by looking at the spark plugs on the misfiring cylinders, 7 and 8, which take a couple hours to access on our truck. They also couldn’t get us in for 2 days at least. We were stranded in the middle of a trip from Tahoe to Moab. Roman had a no-show at the moment we arrived, and he squeezed us in when he could’ve just gone to his next car in line. The truck runs great now, 500 miles out, and he told me which things to check next if the problem happens again. If you happen to need a mechanic, go with Roman. But also just go meet him and chat.

We stopped in on July 5th, when no one else was open, with cylinders misfiring and the possibility of getting stranded in central Nevada with no where to go. He not only helped us out very generously, but also made sure we had a meal and a place to stay. Nicest guy you'll ever meet, and also a very competent mechanic. 5 stars in more way than one! Amazing service!! They answered their phone the first time I called, and within an hour someone was at my house diagnosing what was wrong with my vehicle. They were completely upfront about their charges, and they did amazing work replacing my alternator quickly! They are trustworthy mechanics and in a time of crisis, they were the only mobile mechanics I found that were available.

Roman is very knowledgeable and an excellent mechanic. He was relentless at getting our vehicle back on the road. He was more than fair to us with a very difficult fix for our car. He would be my go to mechanic at home if he was there. I hope you don't break down, but if your car needs attention, take it to Roman.

We had a confusing experience. He did not give clear information as to what was going on. He made us pay cash before he started working and when he decided that we needed to put in a different part than we originally thought, he did not give us our money back. He increased his hour worked from 1.5 to 2 (it was actually one hour) charging us $50 extra to justify not giving us the money. Our original part was supposed to be $100 but the part we installed was $40. It took less time than we originally thought and we still paid the same price. Trying to reason with him was impossible. He started going on about unrelated things like how rich people are greedy. I think he meant us? Basically, overpriced, confusing, time consuming and frustrating.

I have tried to go to him twice and he told me to go to a different mechanic he even made me ask around to see the best quotes only to tell me to go to a different shops and he doesn't listen I have heard good things about him but sadly the customer service isn't there
