Very disappointed with the Elko CVS pharmacy. Recently, (within the past 30 days), I had two prescriptions filled which require six tablets dosage each, per week per month. To my unpleasant surprise, both prescriptions contained only three tablets total! Each prescription should have had 24 tablets for one month supply per doctor instructions. The Elko CVS pharmacist did not fill the prescriptions correctly and clearly, there was no crosscheck for accuracy. When I returned to the pharmacy for correction, the lady pharmacist was not friendly, not apologetic, did not accept responsibility for the error and blamed the doctor for writing the wrong prescription! I have been seeing my specialist since 2005 and receiving the exact same prescription since 2019 with the only change being switching from Reno CVS (never any errors) to Elko CVS. I did reach out to the doctor yesterday, to clarify my prescriptions and reconfirm details. He checked his notes and confirmed forwarded prescriptions was for 30 tablets per month not three tablets as Elko CVS pharmacy processed. The Elko CVS pharmacy service is inefficient, inaccurate and unprofessional.

I feel cvs is the best pharmacy to go to. I pick up medications, regularily, for 5 people. Most of the time I don't even have to order them; they are on auto-fill. I get a text message when they are ready. It keeps me from running out of medications due to forgetting. I've been going there for years and would choose this pharmacy over any other in the area. Any issues are addressed right away. They work together, diligently, to get all your prescriptions filled in the best time frame they can. They care about their customers!

I wouldn't even give it a single star the CVS is an absolute joke. They want to blame it on all the employees quit yeah I can't figure out why. I relocated out of town try to get my scripts transferred two weeks later they're still not transferred so I called today and the guy hung up on me. Cuz he didn't want it do it They're beyond pathetic. And the Female Pharmacist NEEDS TO GET FIRED, Her lack of respect and the way she speaks to everyone is a joke & P.S. SHE'S WRONG 99% OF THE TIME. GET A LIFE DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY OR GO SEE FOR YOURSELF!

The pharmacy is extremely screwed up, they shorted my sons meds then lied and said they didn't, even his dr said he had other complaints of it. We will be moving his prescription and wont use them again. Its absolutely ridiculous the amount of time wasted standing in their line and end up waiting longer even if you are told they will have it ready.

Great staff. The pharmacy is a plus. Sometimes busy but the front counter staff are very friendly so kudos to them!!

They need to be efficient in communicating where the lines are. Pickup is by the nail polish and drop off line is in the cold isle. Couldn't bother to put tape on carpet or sign where the lines are supposeto be. Then there is chairs in the l9bby by registers but was told to go sit on outside by line. Take out chairs if not to be used so I am not embarrassed and told like I was annoying.

Ridiculous!!! My husband was there yesterday to pick up ALL my meds. Of course not ALL were in there!!! Called today and, been on hold for over an hour!!! I will be moving to another pharmacy very soon !!!

Worse drug store I have ever been in to in 46 years of life. Couldn’t find anything, place is creepy, employees couldn’t be bothered to stop talking to their friends to help find something. Same at pharmacy. Go out of business

I walked in after my 6am root canal, to pick up my antibiotic about 9:30am. I stood in line for about 5 mins while the receptionist/technician huffed and puffed about the store - because she was short-staffed and flustered. The woman in line in front of me, approached the desk to pick up her Rx. The receptionist asked her birthday, name, etc and stated that they did not have the Rx ready. The Pharmacist then YELLED over the counters from the back "we are five days behind! I don't know what to tell you!" The woman in front of me stated she had called in her Rx the day before and was just given extremely apathetic, disgusting customer behavior from BOTH the receptionist AND the Pharmacist. The woman left - stating she would be finding a new pharmacy and the receptionist AND Pharmacist's responses "Yeah, well you can go ahead and do that." I approached the counter slowly, assuming my Rx was not going to be ready - gave the receptionist my information. No luck on finding the Rx. Supposedly checked the fax machine, NO Rx. I live 3.5 hrs from this store and simply stated that I will ask my Dentist to call it into another Pharmacy AND STILL this woman was a complete jerk with the pathetic Pharmacist chirping in the back ground complaining about whatever. These people were disgustingly inappropriate and ridiculous! I contacted corporate as well! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They will have better turn around times AND not have crappy employees!

The Staff and Morning managerwere amazing yesterday they helped me in a bind when walmarts photo kiosks crashed and I was behind getting the backs on my photosThe staff went above and beyond to help as well as continuing to serve their other customers they are a kind,thoughtful team I was very happy with their service ?
