Our work equipment got stolen out of the truck where they parked it across the street and he charged for a water pump replacement and only changed the flywheel in the pump which is $150 difference but charged for a pump replacement, don’t recommend in the slightest…

I was traveling from Vallejo CA to Draper, UT. While traveling over the last mountains west of Elko, my check engine light came on. I waited a while to let the car cool. I restarted without a check engine light, it came back on as I reached the bottom of the hill. There was water below the radiator but no steam. I called for a tow and my vehicle was dropped off at Clack's. It was 6:30 on a Saturday night. I spent Saturday and Sunday night in Elko. Monday morning I met with the gentleman at the counter at Clack Automotive. He told me he thought he would be able to get the vehicle looked at that day. I asked for an update before 11:00 so I would know if I could check out of my motel. I was called at 10:45 and told my car was ready. Clack's did a pressure check of my cooling system and found no leaks. The code indicated a problem with number three plug. The plug wire had gotten loose. They secured the plug wire and added some coolant and I was ready to continue my trip. I found Clack Automotive to be friendly, quick and competent.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Got towed here some years ago by AAA. Car left running worse than it came in. Charged an arm and a leg for doing virtually nothing. Had to get it fixed elsewhere (ignition controller was iffy). They messed with the idle screws which had to be undone later.
