I only selected 1 star because there is no option for negative stars!!! They know exackly what they did with my Durango after being there for almost 3 months and $1200 later!! After picking it up Thursday, cleaning it and inspecting it I am beyond pissed ???? Receptionist was real nice and totally not her fault but that's about it! I will post details after getting ahold of the owner.

I took my suburban here where the replaced spark plugs then the catalytic converter. It took over a month and i had to being back 2 times. I have since had to take my vehicle in 3 times with engine light warnings all steming back to bad repairs from here. Today I found out they put in the completely wrong spark plugs for my vehicle. Don't just don't go here.

Would give negative stars if possible.DONT EVER GO HERE! they are as crooked as it gets. I don't know how they are even in business. Came in from out of town to fix a starting issue with my car. They had it a week and not only could they not figure out the problem but the staff was very rude and snotty. The basic blonde receptionist actually claimed they were mad because of me calling to ask what was up with my car. Beyond unprofessional they actually had the car off the property and refused to give the car back or say where it was until my mother mentioned we were going to file a police report on them. She made a sarcastic comment but believe it or not a mere 15 minutes later she magically just happened to find a tow truck to give my car back! Funny how that works when 15 mins earlier she couldn't possibly get us the car back until " maybe Monday." Oh and the police immediately knew the shop and knew the owner by name! Apparently they are known crooks! They are lucky that I'm just making a review on here because what I would really like to do wouldn't be very nice!

Being broke down in Elk and 450 miles from home was not fun, but this repair shop took my car that morning and worked overtime hours to get me safely on the road giving me some priority over other repair orders because I was stuck in a hotel. They were pretty decent to me and as far as I can tell I was not overcharged.

My intuition has always been top shelf. I had a 9:00 am. appointment time. When I arrived, I was asked to leave the key and come back later. I'm a very independent person and ask nobody for rides or help of any kind. I was never given advanced notice that I'd be dropping off my truck so I was not prepared. I expected (since I had an appointment time) them to get on it within a timely manner. The vibe I felt made me leave. Any transmission shop that doesn't rebuild transmissions isn't a transmission shop, in my opinion. I don't recommend this shop to anyone. I recommend that anyone in Elko take their vehicle to Salt Lake, Twin or Reno.

My overall experience was pretty poorHowever the receptionist was very nice and respectful. The mechanics were also seemingly nice but the manager leaves something to be desired. I was talking to the mechanics and the manager came and rudly told me I was wasting their time even thought it was only a couple of minutes. I came here for a new engine and it took over two months and many false deadlines waiting for it. Then once I finally got the truck back there were a couple things that weren't right. First my fan shroud was just ziptied to be held instead of properly secured in the brackets. Then my radiator cap was basically completely loose. And lastly my aftermarket radiator mounts werent tightened down at all and the nuts were barely screwed on. It seems that they were very rushed to finish it up and just get it out of their shop. I personally would not recommend anyone coming here.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

One of the calipers bolts came out and left us stranded about 40 minutes north of Elko (on our way home to Idaho). I called 4 roadside assistance locations who didn't have anyone available but the last one gave me Humbertos number with Battleborn Transmission and Auto. He was AMAZING! He went and got the part we needed and got to us within like an hour (I think less than an hour). He had us up and running really fast and checked the other wheel to make sure it was okay. He was very nice, professional, and efficient. I don't live in Elko, but if I'm ever there and need assistance, he will be my first call. Exceeded any expectations I may have had. I highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Engine light came on. my reader said it was the 02 sensor took it in .They said it needed a new engine thought that was weird took it somewhere else it was the 02 sensor what a scam saved $9000.00Service: Engine repair

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Took our vehicle in for one thing, got charged triple what I was quoted and left with a bunch of new problems that didn't exist before. Had the truck for way longer than they said they would and never called to tell us what was going on. Unprofessional and uneducated staff from the girl on the phone to the actual "mechanic"
