“Sly Drivelines is the best. Awesome and friendly service. I wasn't sure about them being an auto shop. It's not like the other shops in town where there are tons of cars in the parking lot. Their lot is clean and pretty much empty. I guess that is because he fixes the cars and gets them back out on the road. After talking with them, they were able to get my car in. He was also cool enough to show me what he thought the problem was. (I took him for a drive and couldn't get my car to make the noise). He was able to fix it and I was lucky enough that he had the part I needed on hand. I'm definitely going to be taking my car back to them for any other car problems I have.”

They scheduled me in the following week after I called for an appointment. They didn't find anything wrong with the car -which there still isn't fast forward 5 months later- Nice people up front. Quick service. Decent price. They have a lot of customers but get to you pretty quick.”

“I was traveling from Vallejo CA to Draper, UT. While traveling over the last mountains west of Elko, my check engine light came on. I waited a while to let the car cool. I restarted without a check engine light, it came back on as I reached the bottom of the hill. There was water below the radiator but no steam. I called for a tow and my vehicle was dropped off at Clack's. It was 6:30 on a Saturday night. I spent Saturday and Sunday night in Elko. Monday morning I met with the gentleman at the counter at Clack Automotive. He told me he thought he would be able to get the vehicle looked at that day. I asked for an update before 11:00 so I would know if I could check out of my motel. I was called at 10:45 and told my car was ready. Clack's did a pressure check of my cooling system and found no leaks. The code indicated a problem with number three plug. The plug wire had gotten loose. They secured the plug wire and added some coolant and I was ready to continue my trip. I found Clack Automotive to be friendly, quick and competent.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I had a leaky radiator on my truck back in 2005. I drove 120 miles to A-1 and dropped it off, went home and then picked up the radiator a week later (paid for with a check). After installing the radiator, I found that it had fluid leaking from everywhere. I drove 120 miles again to A-1 where I spoke to the manager. He said it was not properly repaired and not checked before leaving the shop. A week later, another trip to Elko to pick up the repaired radiator. This time, it was fixed and the manager handed me my check back and said something that I will never forget: "We can get checks anywhere. Customer are more important." I've only had to get a radiator repaired once since this experience and you bet that A-1 was the place I went! The same manager still works there and does an awesome job!”

“Was on a trip from Cheyenne Wyoming on our way to visit family in Central California, when we found ourselves needing a completely new set of tires on our truck, called Walmart (while on the interstate driving) they didn't have the size we needed, and so they actually recommended Les Schwab Tires, so I looked them up on my phone, as hubby was driving. I explained our situation and that we needed 4 ties in a very specific size, and if they had them in stock could put them on today. Ken, the guy we spoke to said yes to all of my requests, so I said we'll see in in 15 min, as soon as we get off the interstate. We walked in, he greeted up, showed hubby and I the tires, explained everything, the warranty that goes nationwide, as we live in Cheyenne, and we have a brand new Les Schwab opening in 2 weeks 3 blocks from home. They got us in the very next in line and we were on our way once again 1 1/2 hours later. A +++ on customer care ans service, the entire staff was great.”
