“Initially I wanted to put zero stars. We were traveling and were hundreds of miles from home and hundreds of miles from our destination when our truck went into limp mode because of the Def System. We are still under warranty and pulled into this dealership hoping for help. The initial person we spoke to refused to help us even though we were completely stranded. Luckily David Booth Manager stepped in and recognized the seriousness of our situation. We had a room in Elko, spent the night and David had us on the road by 10 the next morning. We greatly appreciate the time he took to address and clear the situation. Thanks David!!”
