Horrible place. Do not go here. If you know what's good for you they will harass you. Threaten you just downright rude and not worth your money I have tried to make two payments before my due date they declined both then when I got back from my on the road job went in again and they were trying to charge me a late fee???? Even tho I already tried to pay so now they are call me non stop witch is harassment!!! And the so cold manger older lady is the one responsible for all of this if corporate happens to see this review. Please get in contact with me! Mind you the item I was paying on has not been working to add on to the entire situation... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

So I have been leasing a washer and dryer from errands for the past year $136 a month. They’re supposed to help you move them when you move to a new apartment I called the other day for help. I was told I’m busy I’ll call you back, they never called me back. I’m going to have them come get the washer and dryer and buy one off of Facebook.

over the last couple of months service has been terrible they keep overcharging and being really rude dont know who i have to talk to but not dealing with anyone at the elko store anymore they are nothing but rude even though i have been a great customer would not recomenend to anyone

Over the years we’ve done a lot of business with errands but in the last six months we’ve been treated rudely and when they say they’re coming to pick something up they don’t. they take forever to do things. I’ve been waiting three days to get things picked up. I’m done I’ll sell what I got, and I’ll never pay a single penny to them, if you want to have good service go to a different Aaron’s don’t go to this one. Liz used to be nice. She is extremely rude right now.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because I’ve given that Aaron’s a lot of my business and I know the manager. However I believe it’s gone down hill a lot. We recently purchased a sectional and the arm rest broke from the inside. We brought it up to the manager and she has yet to do anything about it. It’s been several weeks and I’ve heard nothing. Extremely disappointed.

I normally try to stay away from Aaron’s, mainly because my family hasn’t always had the best experiences. Not the point, there’s a new guy there. He’s a really nice man and his customer service is amazing. He acts like he’s known us since day one and now I can’t stop telling people about how amazingly hard that man works. Wonderful first experience! The lady at the front counter was helpful, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. Delivery guys were also friendly, they notified me when they were on the way and did a fast installation then showed me that everything was working properly. Thank you guys!
