I order a seat told them the information about the bike he even remembered the information about the bike when I brought the seat back because it was wrong and he even said he doesn't know how it came back so wrong and yet with out telling me they took a 60 restock fee then had the balls to say it was my fault it wasn't the right seat I will never step foot in that shop again over a little bit of money it's the principle not the dollar amount just watch out when you buy here!

In addition after one year of purchase, we are still in the process of trying to get all the paperwork filed with DMV and our lien holder to get our unit registered & titled. The paperwork has been sent back by both DMV and the Lien holder more than once to this dealership. When 5th Gear received it back just recently they asked if we wanted the paperwork or if they just needed to discard it. We asked that it be sent to us. It was the packet of paperwork we need to get this process completed. Unbelievable!! We were out of state residents at the time of purchase, so didn't end up paying the tax, but in the meantime in the last year & a 1/2, we decided to build a home here after we purchased our unit. We just got contacted by the Tax Evasion Dept that we have to pay the NV state tax plus penalties & interest & still don't have the paperwork completed yet. Also, been waiting the same amount of time for parts and no communication on that at all.

We are not going into detail of exactly how much $ we spent at this business buying more than one item from them and then referring them for another $20K business from our friends, but we will say that they do not appreciate their customers. We had to ask for even a T-shirt after spending over $40K there and was lucky to even get that. We know there will be no repeat business from us. We will definitely buy elsewhere. Not impressed at all for being first time customers. We always try to keep our business local as much as we can, but that only goes so far.... We will say, there is a guy in the parts dept that is great to work with, but that is it for us.

Thanks a million for selling me the battery jumper! Thankfully, I made it all the way home to Oakland on Saturday without needing it again, but it was really comforting to know I had it in my topcase just in case. You folks were a godsend and I really appreciated it.

I had reached out to Ayde about a bike and she had told me it wasn't available. Odds in my favor, it became available and she notified me immediately. She was going to be willing to stay to help me wrap a quick transaction. Coming to 5th geared saved me $500+ dollars versus going out Reno. I'm happier to support local anyways. I highly recommend Ayde if you have any questions. The only thing I wish would've been different would be a complimentary oil change or discount to go towards gear. Thanks again though 5th Gear! I'm extremely happy with my purchase will be back!
