I am a private business owner and went in the store to purchase a new case for an Iphone 15. Due to the most excellent customer service I have ever had, probably at any business, I upgraded my phone and my wifes phone I phone 17s. Then a problem arose with the transfer process. The three ladies in the store at the time, Abby, Laila and Shoshanna, worked with the problem with me for nearly two hours. Unbelieveable attention to a senior needing assistance with the new phones. These three young ladies are a gem and if you are fortunate enough to be assisted by any one of them you are in good hands. My problem persisted so I attempted some fixes at home later that evening. No luck, so I returned to the store the following morning and further laid out the problem to Shoshanna and Laila. Shoshanna thought for a moment, pushed some buttons, remarked that she knew what the problem was and in the next ten minutes she fixed it and I was on my way. Victra should be extremely proud of these three ladies and consider it fortunate that you have them representing your company and Verizon service. If you could clone them and have the likes of them in every store you would be well served. I cannot say enough about the competence, customer attention, attitudes, sense of humor, desire to know more about their customers and knowledge of their products and problem solving, knowledge and techniques and their patience skills are second to none. Especially their patience. If they worked for me I would give all three of them a raise. They will make your store successful.

I messed up my phone. Took it in to see if Shoshaa had time to fix my mess; she was not there....HOWEVER, Ckayde Batesel was there and he patiently went through the mess I made and carefully restored it back to normal. Including, reinstalling apps that I accidentlly uninstalled. He was superior in his knowledge and in customer service. OH, while I was there he also helped answer the questions from other customers. I LOVE MY VERISON PROFESSIONALS.
