This branch is very customer service friendly. All the employees are very nice and helpful, been with US Bank for 10 plus years and I am grateful for all the help and services.

Have banked here for years. There are some new employees who rate a 5 star review. Very helpful and made sure I understood everything we did before I left. Mine was an involved and multi account transaction; they never rushed me and made me feel welcome and valued.

Everytime i go into this branch there on there phones, went into the bank today had issues with the automatic teller machine do you think they would help. Nope one of them walk away knowing i needed help, the other said there was nothing she could do not the frist time but will be the last.

This is by far my favorite branch in the entire region, and I've been to most of them. They are a full service branch even though it is located inside of Smith's, and the ladies who run it are AMAZING!! Even if it wasn't my local spot, I would go out of my way to come here!

Dayton branch refuses to cash check of an account holder but will cash the check of a coworker from the same employer, same amount. How is this possible?

I have no idea where to start. This is the worse place just because of the employees here. I've only heard so much gossip at my grandma's on bingo night!

All they ever seem to do here is gossip. Would be lovely to not wait 10-15 minutes everytime I come here because all they want to do is chat. I started going to Wells Fargo in the parking lot because it's faster. I'll pay for now, but soon another bank is going to have our business.
