Basically paying money for 10 minutes of internet every 45 minutes. Customer service is horrendous. Can't wait for competition to come out here so they are forced to actually provide internet and service

Horrible customer service on the phone. Your automated service is horrible. You basically have to lie to it to get to someone. But when you have a complaint, they don't want to hear it. So they transfer you to someone else who tells you that their not in that department. I was trying to call in about a service tech in one of their vans. Poor driving habits. If that's the kind of people they want, they'll never get my business or referral. Tech was driving between Yerrington going towards Dayton or somewhere in the Reno area???

Not only do we have problems with service, the rates are ridiculous.Our rate of $59.99 for internet only just went up to $74.99! For internet only!I am not impreseed
