Very rude and very unprofessional. I called because I have never used them before and my friend passing through got a flat and needed a new tired but wanted used do to what money she had. I called at 332pm. I asked do you sell used tires the guy said is this a joke I said I never used u before and my friend is looking for a tire gave the size and he said im sorry we ose in 13 min I can not help you. Arrived before closing time after just getting a flat right down the street 15 minutes before closing went into the office and they told me that they couldn’t help me, and that they are closing to come back at 8am when they open which I’m guessing is more like 9am by the way it smelled like weed inside. I’m a US Army veteran traveling through the area and this is the kind of hospitality that you can expect from this area

Got a quote and came down with my trailer making it clear the tires are for a trailer. After getting there was asked by the incompetent guy at the desk how is he suppose to change the tires on the trailer? Being a tire shop I'd expect they have changed tires before. I don't recommend this waste of time incompetent shop.

They were nice and professional . They got me in n out quickly . And when they didn't have my size of a tire , they referred me to a place that did ,which I found amazing . It's hard to find good quality people these days , and u can definitely find them here. I recommend if you need help with tires, these are your guys to go to .

My interaction with owners of Dayton Valley Tire & Service, was mostly positive. I had oil change done and tire fixed, they took care of my service needs. I will say this, the gentleman at the desk is somewhat direct. Not much chit chat for sure. We did discuss our Countries issues and we mostly agree. Remember to judge based work preformed not so much personalities. I am an insurance broker, have been for years. I know that not all is what it seems.
