The week before I had to have Shannon at Fernley O'Reillys help with a battery replacement. I live in backside of Virginia City off grid. I'm a senior with no help. He gave different places in town that might be able to help and Boy was he right. Down the street a ways I was able to get it fixed and O'REILLYs had the part in stock. Most of the Carson City mechanics are along US50 (mosts were busy packed with reserved work (reservations the following week)).These guys made time to accommodate my need for spark plug replacement. Their repair work was good as checked later by my regular mechanics the following Monday.These guys saved me time having to stay the weekend.”

“I needed a wheel as a spare tire for 2013 Sienna Van. I went on-line and asked for referrals and received numerous texts, emails and calls from people in distant parts of the country that seemed a bit shady. so, I physically went to B & R Auto Wrecking and spoke with Jesus (at the counter) who hooked me up with a used OEM wheel for my van at a very fair price. Absolutely easy to do business with and I will go back when looking for other parts.”

“Went to this Pick-N-Pull to get some vehicle door glasses for a vehicle for our daughters car, all glasses were shattered. This place is so organized I couldn't believe my eyes. KC, Haley Roni all were helpful in guiding us and so very friendly. We found our donor vehicle, and removed all the glass in a short time, found some other parts and loaded them up on a little wagon they supplied us with. Now I've been to other Pick-N-Pulls, but none like this one, it was a real pleasure for sure, thanks.”
