“I visited this location this morning after having called twice with a negative battery sensor dilemma. Cooper was one of the staff I spoke to on the phone and when I entered the shop in person, he was quick to jump in and continue to help me while hearing my spiel to the front desk. Cooper was incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time out of his busy morning to come outside and help adjust/ fix my battery issue. I was so stressed, but his calm demeanor and helpful attitude made a world of difference to my morning! His fantastic work ethic made me want to continue to be a customer.
