More times than not refill is late requiring multiple electronic requests from doctor and multiple phone calls from doctors office. Last time it was 10 days late, costing me days off from work not to mention the considerable pain I'm forced to endure.

The people in the pharmacy are so RUDE ! Hang up the phone on you . No compassion or kindness.! Refuse to accept to take manufacture coupons. Everyone there told a different story why .. They actually told me it was a cyber attack.! That's why they refused to take my coupon.!

Sitting here waiting after being told my prescription was ready last week. Told to wait 2-3 hours! Horrible service. They make constant mistakes! Employees have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! I have no respect for someone who can't admit they've made a mistake!
