Over the past 10+ years, I personally have purchased several airbeds and have recommended them to many of my friends and family who also have purchased air beds manufactured by Vinyl Products. I even know someone who replaced every bed in their house with one and they love them too. My experiences with the staff, especially Muriel has been fantastic. She in knowledgeable, courteous and based on my experience with her over the years, she has the highest integrity. I would still buy my next bed from them! Which I am shopping for now and that led me to write this review.

Do not trust this company they are a nightmare and Muriel was horrible to deal with. They sent me a defective product and made me pay to return it, I had to fight to get my money back even though they told me it was defective I had to pay 200 dollars in shipping. I had the worst customer service I have ever had from this company and Muriel won't let you talk to anyone else in the company. They lied about everything from the first day and never once sent me an email even though they promise to every time I spoke to them. When I sent them back the defective bed they missed the delivery and would not pick it up from the post office, until I had my partner who's a lawyer talk to them and they finally did. Muriel is a horrible, abrasive person and I felt like I was being held hostage instead of being a customer, she was very abusive.

I found this company on line in a google search and they looked to be a comparable product to Select Comfort, but my experience was a nightmare and the bed that was sent out was defective. As a former business owner I hate to give a bad review but I feel compelled to tell you what happened. The person who helped me, Muriel, was very hard to deal with and talked down to me on the first call for spelling out my name. She is very snarky and I hate to say it but not a nice person. I was told I would get an email confirmation when I ordered and never got one. I was also told the bed would take a 3 weeks to order and they would call to let me know if it arrived sooner. I never got either. I was surprised when the bed just showed up unannounced one day. Luckily I was here when the delivery arrived. After inflating the bed I noticed it was high in the middle and low on the sides so I called Muriel. She was really a b**** to talk to and as I said talks down to you and tries to intimidate you. Finally they agreed to let me send it back so they could check it out. They wanted me to wait without a bed for even more time after I had waited for a month already. My partner insisted we buy another bed after overhearing what a b**** Muriel was on the phone. I was supposedly getting a return label from them so they could check the bed to see if it was damaged but it never came. When I called my partner told Muriel we wanted to just send it back for a refund. Muriel told us to mail it back and they would refund us when they got it. It cost 100 dollars to mail back and they charge you 100 for delivery so I was already out 200 dollars for a defective bed. I tracked the package and it showed that there were attempted deliveries and it was at the post office for pick up. I called Muriel and she was her usual discourteous self. She told me that they don't pick up from the post office and I should have sent it UPS. She said she sent me instructions saying that but never ever sent me anything! I had to threaten them to get them to go to the post office to pick it up and finally they did after talking to my boyfriend. A week later I had not heard anything so I called. Muriel told me that they checked out the bed I sent back and it was indeed defective. I paid almost 900 and got 700 back. Not a good deal so be carful of this company and Muriel.

Best air bed I ever slept on.still sleeping on it after 10 years
